Stone Retires

Norborne C. Stone, Jr., of counsel to Stone, Granade & Crosby, P.C., in Bay Minette, retired from AIM's Board of Directors this spring. Mr. Stone was a founding director of AIM when it was incorporated in 1988. His service for AIM spanned twenty years. He was an active and valued member on AIM's Investment & Audit Committee.

A former Alabama State Bar President and graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, Mr. Stone's tenure saw AIM grow from the early stage of capitalization of the company to AIM's becoming the largest writer of malpractice insurance for Alabama attorneys.

In recognition of his years of dedicated and conscientious service, Mr. Stone was given an inscribed, Swiss wristwatch honoring his work as a board member. AIM will miss his presence as a director.
