Debenture Buyback Continues
AIM= s current
debenture buyback, that began in September 2005, continues. Five-hundred
debentures are being bought back. By the time this buyback is completed,
all original debenture holders who helped capitalize AIM before it
commenced operation will have been offered an opportunity to sell their
debenture to AIM. This buyback affects debentures bearing an issue date
of June 23, 1989. Current holders of eligible debentures are contacted
by mail at their last known address. This buyback effort will continue
into Spring 2006. Eligible debentures are also listed by number on AIM's
web site:

which is periodically updated.
Debenture holders who want to transfer their debentures
can also find a transfer form on AIM=
s website. A current listing of categories of debentures eligible for
buyback in addition to the current effort to buy back 500 debentures on
a first issued, first bought back basis, is also posted on the website.
