Fall 2005 CLE Malpractice Seminar Announcement
AIM's 16th annual
malpractice prevention CLE seminar will be held Friday, December 2, 2005, at the
Boutwell Auditorium in downtown Birmingham. The seminar will include the topics
of arbitration, domestic relations case law update, changes in the bankruptcy
code, ethics, and Fair Debt Collection Practices. The seminar is one of the best
attended CLE seminars in Alabama. It is free to all AIM insureds who are insured
on the date of the seminar. Details are available on AIM's website:

AIM insureds may register via the web site or through the mail. Early
registration is encouraged. Accreditation from the Alabama State Bar has
been approved
for a total of six hours including one hour of ethics.
