Debenture List

        Notice is being mailed to holders of redeemed debentures on March 31, 2010, advising that they have until June 1, 2010, to request re-issuance of a check in payment of funds for their redeemed debentures. AIM must receive (in-hand) such request on or before June 1, 2010. After that date, all unclaimed funds will escheat to the State of Alabama (or other state as applicable). AIM has escrowed funds for the debentures listed below. If you are the last holder of record for a debenture listed below, request in writing that AIM re-issue your check and provide your current address for mailing of same. Again, receipt of your request by AIM must occur on or before June 1, 2010.
