AIM's 2011 CLE Seminar for Practicing Attorneys

This seminar is planned by attorneys and specifically designed to benefit
practicing attorneys. The goal of the seminar is to present topics that are
helpful to the average practitioner in identifying and understanding problem
areas of law, procedure and ethics that could lead to malpractice claims or
ethical complaints. A variety of topics is presented rather than focusing the
seminar on one area of practice. By doing this, AIM hopes that all of its
insureds attending will find some or most of the program to be of beneficial
interest. This seminar is presented in a spirit of hospitality to benefit its
insureds who have supported AIM.
CLE CREDIT: This course is approved in Alabama for 6.0 hours including
1.3 hours Ethics.
This course is approved in Tennessee for 4.67 Gen. hours and 1.33 E/P hours.
COST: It is AIM's pleasure to provide this seminar free to all AIM
insureds whose policies are in force on the seminar date. This quality seminar
is provided at a cost of $300 to non-insureds. Refunds will be given if notice
of cancellation is received by AIM via mail or fax on or before November 23,
2011. Registration is subject to available space.
SEMINAR LOCATION: Sheraton Birmingham Hotel (Civic Center location) Main
Floor Ball Room (1st Floor); 2101 Richard Arrington, Jr., Blvd., North in
Birmingham. Public parking is available in the hotel parking deck for a daily
fee of $8. Valet parking is available for a fee of $20. Hotel accommodations are

NOTE: If reserving a room by phone, you must mention that you will be attending
the AIM CLE Seminar to receive the discounted rates. Reservations with
Sheraton Birmingham Hotel are an independent contract between the seminar
attendee and Sheraton Birmingham Hotel. AIM is not party to these
contracts and cannot assume liability for same.
